Southern New Hampshire University Brief on Capital Projects: Recently Completed Projects, Current Projects and Future Growth

Southern New Hampshire University has been busy as of late! Join us to learn more about the recent / current work happening on campus, including a new engineering building and two new dormatories. SNHU will also discuss the overall facilities program for the coming years.

Located just five minutes from downtown Manchester, NH, and bordering the scenic Merrimack River, Southern New Hampshire University's beautiful, 300-acre campus is the ideal place for an exceptional college experience.

At 2500 North River Road in Manchester, NH, the SNHU campus is ideally situated in a region that meets the interests of so many of our students: the mountains to the north, the ocean to the east and Boston to the south. Our campus provides the quintessential New England backdrop for both work and play, changing with each picturesque season.

SNHU believes in providing students with the tools they need to succeed on campus, and students find no shortage of cutting-edge resources, including a robotics lab, machine shop, simulated stock trading floor, and an augmented and virtual reality lab.

SNHU continues to add new facilities to the Manchester campus. Penmen Stadium, a new 1,500-seat athletic complex including a playing field and training facilities, was completed in 2017, as was Monadnock Hall, SNHU's newest residence hall built to house 300 students. Other recently completed additions include the Gustafson Center, a welcome center and home to the admission offices, and an academic facility for the College of Engineering, Technology, and Aeronautics (CETA). Upcoming additions include another residence hall and a new CETA building that will augment the existing facility.
